Training Sessions

Our structured practices focus on skill development, game awareness, and team cohesion:

Tuesdays, 19:00–20:30
Thursdays, 19:00–20:30

Each session includes:

Dynamic warm-ups and mobility circuits
Position-specific drills and set-piece work
Match-intensity conditioning and small-sided games
Video analysis and tactical briefings

Match Days

Experience the thrill of competitive fixtures every week:

Saturday afternoons – kick-off at 14:15 or 15:00
Friday nights – kick-off at 19:30

You’ll line up against local rivals in league and cup competitions, showcasing the skills and fitness honed during training.
